Is there anyone there!!

Is there anyone reading this?? It's been 18 months since I last blogged.  But I'm back. A lot has happened, my day job has got busier, I've finished my City and Guilds embroidery course and I've just returned from a wonderful week with my sister in Lucon with the very inspirational Val Holmes.

So, let me catch you up.  I've been working on a Jen Kingwell quilt (only seven blocks to go, so watch this space) it's the Bakers Dozen pattern and I've made it entirely from my stash so that has pleased me. It's a great pattern and thanks to Sam who had all the back copies of ...,,,,,,......  I've been working away at this whilst too tired to be truly creative with my own designs. pushing forward with something started with Val looking at a fossil I've been busy on the soluable Romeo fabric and worked on another 3D piece. I'm happier with this one as I had some time to consider what threads to use and what I wanted it to look like.  Hope you like it!!

Happy stitching.........Jacky O
